Joint administrators James Lumb and James Clark of Interpath were appointed over PSP Architectural Ltd, PSP Aluminium Ltd and Pressed Steel Products Ltd in September 2024.
The companies supplied facades, cladding, curtain walling and door and window frames to the construction sector.
The administrators appointed Watling Real Estate to sell the group’s 44,500 sq ft headquarters on the All Saints Industrial Estate in Shildon, County Durham, including main production and high-bay warehousing areas, two storey offices of 5,280 sq ft and a recently constructed canteen.
Alex Sweetman, director of Watling Real Estate, said: “Included within the sale is an additional area of development land extending to around 2.5 acres that’s currently promoted within the local authority’s Local Plan as Employment Land.
