Russian forces attacked Vilkove energy infrastructure, cutting power and injuring one | Ukraine news

A nighttime strike on 26 June damaged energy and civilian infrastructure in the Vilkove community. Emergency teams extinguished a fire and one person received medical aid.

The enemy attacked the energy and civilian infrastructure of the Vylkivska urban territorial community in the Odesa region, including in Vylkove, leaving part of the settlements without power; there are casualties.

According to Izmail District State Administration, on the night of June 26 the enemy struck the community’s infrastructure. After the strike, a fire broke out, which was promptly extinguished by the State Emergency Service units.

In the night of June 26, the enemy attacked the energy and civil infrastructure of the Vylkivska urban territorial community. As a result of the strike, a fire broke out. State Emergency Service units promptly began addressing its consequences

One person was injured. They received the necessary medical assistance.

Due to damage to the energy infrastructure, the city of Vylkove and part of the settlements of the Vylkivska community were left without electricity.

Firefighters and local authorities are coordinating actions to restore power supply and ensure the safety of residents.

A Look at the Restoration Prospects

Work is currently underway to restore electricity supply and strengthen safety measures for residents, so that critical facilities and residential areas can quickly return to normal operation.
