Aspire Market Guides

The Luna Sky Palace at Orla, the latest addition to the real-estate developer OMNIYAT’s new super-luxury Bespoke division, is a remarkable residence spanning the top three floors of one of Dubai’s most sumptuous apartment buildings. According to its developer, it “takes the top of the box to another level in architectural grandeur and refined living”.

That translates to an opulent living space of more than 58,000 sq ft, crowned by an expansive 13,500 sq ft rooftop garden, featuring a 36-metre-long infinity pool. It is located on the pinnacle of the Palm Jumeirah island and managed by the Dorchester Collection.

But what is most significant about the Luna Sky Palace is that it was tailored specifically to the wishes of its owner. It offers an array of bespoke features, from a private office for personal assistants to an exclusive wellness spa complete with a fitness suite, salon, treatment rooms, steam and sauna spaces, and relaxation areas. A private garage for up to ten cars is also provided.

The personalisation trend

Recognising the demand for personalised developments, OMNIYAT has now launched OMNIYAT Bespoke, a section of the company that will continue to build on this new trend. This kind of bespoke approach to property development is a growing trend in the segment of the market serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) – those with a net worth of at least $30mn. The 2023 Knight Frank Wealth Report estimates that UHNWIs collectively control more than $36tn in wealth, making them a highly lucrative market. Today’s affluent property buyers expect more than mere exclusivity; they are looking for homes that authentically reflect their lifestyle and personal tastes.
