Russian drones caused a fire and damage at Izmail, a grain export hub and Ukraine’s largest Danube port. The attack follows a big Ukrainian strike on Novorossiysk, one of Russia’s most strategically important ports on the Black Sea, which hit a naval base and two grain terminals. At least three people, including a child, were killed. The attacks have stoked fears of disruption to global food supplies.
