Lauren Admirand is a seasoned real estate professional with over two decades of experience in the industry. For her significant achievements in the field, Admirand has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who through her inclusion in its biographical volumes. As the owner and chief executive officer of Admirand Commercial Real Estate Services, she continues to impact clients across the nation.

Education and Certifications

Before joining the real estate industry, Admirand studied Spanish and sociology at Merrimack College, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in both fields of study in 2004 and receiving the school’s Outstanding Women’s Leadership Award. In addition to these achievements, she completed the Lennar Midlevel Leaders Program with Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning and received NCREL and NCREC certifications, the RPA® designation from BOMI International, and a South Carolina property manager license.

A Willingness to Learn and Work

Admirand began her career in 2004 as a project assistant with Turner Construction, where she quickly demonstrated an eagerness to go above and beyond. She was willing to cross departmental lines to learn and contribute more to her work, which helped her discover a passion for real estate. In 2007, Admirand became a property assistant with Centro Property Group, followed by an assistant general manager role with JLL in 2010. Five years later, she became a property manager with CNL Commercial Real Estate.

Admirand’s work as a property manager gave her valuable insight into her industry. She saw how private equity drained money from the real estate industry and the economy and knew that she needed to help her clients make the most informed decisions possible. She believed this could be achieved by closing the gap between investors and their tenants.

Admirand pursued this mission as she moved through the ranks and companies. In 2019, as senior vice president of retail asset management at Quarterra Group, she successfully increased the portfolio’s value from $50 million to $200 million within five years, demonstrating her commitment to growth.

Founding Admirand Commercial Real Estate Services

In 2025, Admirand launched Admirand Commercial Real Estate Services, where she continues to pursue her mission to create equitable deals for clients while placing an emphasis on business development and marketing. She advocates for her clients to ensure they avoid unfavorable terms, and she negotiates the best possible deals. Working remotely, she can oversee projects across the country.

Although Admirand manages projects nationwide, she is determined to maintain a focus on the human element of her work. She believes tools like artificial intelligence create barriers to forging connections and recognizes that individuals respond best to genuine relationships with property managers, tenant partners, and other stakeholders.

Plans for the Future

Moving forward, Admirand is determined to continue growing her business and expanding her client base of small business owners, first-time entrepreneurs, and landlords. In doing so, she hopes to bring attention to the importance of sustainable and responsible real estate practices, which prioritize meaningful relationships with tenants over financial gain. Of course, Admirand will be the one to guide her company in leading the charge.
