SUZHOU, China, Aug. 22, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Solerus today announced plans to launch the HNW Growth Fund, a proposed private equity investment fund intended for high-net-worth investors and focused on growth investments in private markets.
The fund is currently in development, with Solerus targeting a launch toward the end of 2026. The fund will pursue a private equity strategy, with a proposed minimum investment of US$100,000.
Solerus said the decision to develop the fund reflects its assessment of a changing investment environment, including developments across financial markets, regulatory frameworks and the broader tax landscape.

The fund remains in development and is not currently available for subscription. Its final structure, investment terms, domicile, eligibility requirements and launch arrangements have not yet been finalized and will be announced when appropriate.
Solerus will publish further information regarding the HNW Growth Fund as development progresses and the relevant fund documentation is finalized.
