Chrissie Shin is a director at Long Ridge Partners, where she specializes in recruiting private equity associates, investment bankers, and hedge fund analysts. Her work spans both investment and non-investment roles, including public and private equity, investor relations, and strategy positions.
Before joining Long Ridge Partners, Ms. Shin worked at Pareto as a business development executive focused on new business development and the sale of training and recruitment services to Fortune 500 companies. She holds a degree in biobehavioral health and psychology from Pennsylvania State University.
Since 2004, Long Ridge Partners has provided executive recruiting services to the investment management sector. Prior to joining Long Ridge, he spent a year on the business operations team at an accounting and small business advisory firm. Mr. Springer most recently worked at The Bachrach Group, where he was a member of the real estate recruiting team, focusing on talent acquisition within the real estate sector.
Long Ridge Partners Appoints Vice President

Mr. Rodriguez is an associate recruiter at Long Ridge Partners, specializing in technology placements across a wide range of disciplines, including AI/ML engineering, data engineering, infrastructure IT, and front-office engineering. Prior to joining Long Ridge Partners, Mr. Rodriguez spent three years at Atlas Search as an executive recruiter, where he focused on similar placements and developed a strong foundation in identifying top talent within the tech industry.
Mr. Goldstein is a vice president at Long Ridge Partners where he specializes in tech recruitment for the alternative investment industry. He values building long lasting relationships with his candidates and clients. Prior to joining Long Ridge Partners, Mr. Goldstein worked at Next Ventures as a principal tech recruiter, focusing on placing Infrastructure, DevOps, platform, security and site reliability engineers in different industries.
