Post Road Equipment Finance closed a $20 million equipment financing facility for a U.S.-based artificial intelligence infrastructure and GPU cloud services provider. The company provides dedicated high-performance computing infrastructure supporting AI model training, inference and other compute-intensive workloads for a growing base of enterprise and AI-native customers.
The financing supports the acquisition and deployment of next-generation GPU computing infrastructure associated with a new multi-year customer contract. By providing dedicated capital for these technology assets, Post Road enabled the company to expand its AI infrastructure platform while preserving financial flexibility for broader strategic priorities.
The transaction demonstrates the role equipment financing can play in supporting capital-intensive growth, particularly as demand for AI computing infrastructure continues to accelerate.
