The Onondaga County Clerk’s office registered 143 home sales during the week of July 28 through Aug. 3.
The week’s bargain sale was a four-bedroom 1,728-square-foot house in the city of Syracuse that sold for $100.
The most expensive home on the list has 160 feet of lakefront on Skaneateles Lake. The property has unique features, including four ovens, dual water sources, and a whole house generator. It also has a two-story boathouse with sleeping lofts and rooftop deck. The listing says that the boathouse was designed in collaboration with the state Department of Environmental Conservation “to enhance the wildlife shade zone, allowing for a fish and game sanctuary.” That home sold for $2.15 million.
