Global law firm White & Case LLP has significantly enhanced its capabilities in the fund finance space with the addition of Dylan Glazier as a partner in its New York office. Glazier joins White & Case’s Global Debt Finance Practice, Investment Funds Practice, and Global Financial Institutions Industry Group, further strengthening the firm’s position as a leader in these sectors.

Dylan Glazier’s expertise covers a wide range of complex fund finance matters. His practice is centered on advising both lenders and borrowers on various financial structures, such as bilateral and syndicated subscription lines, management lines, NAV/hybrid facilities, letters of credit, and other secured and unsecured lending arrangements. His addition is expected to bolster White & Case’s competitive edge in a rapidly expanding market.
