Rushton Hickman’s property management team has landed the instruction to look after the Maltings Industrial Estate.
On Derby Road in Burton upon Trent, the estate includes seven industrial units.
Currently, all units are occupied, except for one that has recently become available and is being marketed by Rushton Hickman’s agency team.
