Market-leading estate agent North Residential has promoted director Lucy Crane to lead its Harrogate headquarters.
Lucy, who joined North Residential in October 2024 to manage the estate agency’s expansion into Ilkley, brings nearly 10 years of experience with Strutt & Parker in Harrogate and in-depth local knowledge.
She will continue overseeing the Ilkley branch while taking on the leadership of Harrogate’s office.
Lucy said: “I am thrilled to now be heading up our Harrogate head office, in addition to continuing to lead our newest branch in Ilkley.
“It is a real dream come true to have the opportunity to manage our team and continue to drive our growth in Harrogate and across the region.
