This move further solidifies FIBRA Prologis’ position as a leading player in Mexico’s industrial real estate sector.

As of June 30, 2024, FIBRA Prologis owned 236 logistics and manufacturing facilities in six industrial markets in Mexico totaling 46.9 million square feet (4.4 million square meters) of gross leasable area.
