

Mike Ingall, Chairman, CEO & Founder, Allied London Group
Our special guest for our Property Lunch on the 9th of July 2025 will be Mike Ingall, founder and CEO of Allied London Group.
Mike first joined Allied London in 1995 and privatised the business in 2000, where he has since been responsible for the complete restructuring of the business, and earned a reputation for tackling complex, difficult and pioneering developments.
He has led the restoration of listed historic buildings such as The Bonded Warehouse (Manchester), The Malthouse (Leeds), and ongoing work to the former London Road Fire Station (Manchester).
Mike is perhaps best known as the driving force behind the well-known Spinningfields area of Manchester.
Mike has won numerous awards and most notably in 2014, was listed in the politics section of Debrett’s 500, which lists Britain’s 500 most influential people, it was noted that he plays a fundamental role in the nation’s property market and in particular, city centre redevelopment.
