Purchasing property in Schedule 1 is incredibly important, and you’ll need to find Ray’s Real Estate (Ray’s Realty) if you wish to expand your criminal empire. 

While Schedule 1 sees players start as lowly dope dealers, those looking to climb the criminal underworld and become kingpin manufacturers need to make smart purchases. After all, you won’t get very far if you don’t have anywhere to make your illegal wares. 

While having access to a Bungalow and The Docks Warehouse won’t enable you to evade the police, they are important to your business. So, whether you’re looking to make even more money, or just want somewhere to safely make Meth, then you’ll need to locate Ray’s Real Estate.

Ray’s Real Estate (Ray’s Realty) is located in the downtown area, on the right side of the map, directly next to Bleuball’s Boutique – the blue building on the right. Simply enter Ray’s, and interact with him to begin enquiring about purchasing property. 

How to purchase a Bungalow and property

To purchase a Bungalow and other property in Schedule 1, you’ll need to follow the simple instructions outlined below: 

  • Head over to Ray’s Real Estate. 
  • Speak to Ray and select ‘I’d like to purchase a property’ from the options. 
  • Select ‘The Bungalow’ 
  • Pay Ray $6,000 to complete the purchase. 

How to find the Bungalow

Once you have purchased the Bungalow, you can find your new digs in Westville, located just over the bridge in the top left corner of the map. Simply use your mini-map and head over to the blue home icon.

The bungalow includes a parking spot, living room, kitchen, a growroom, and a spacious backyard.
