The veteran property adviser will oversee industrial strategy and client advisory services.
Colliers Hong Kong has appointed Adrian Tang as head of industrial services to lead the firm’s industrial strategy and advisory services for occupiers, investors, and developers.
According to Colliers, Tang has more than 25 years of experience in Hong Kong’s real estate market, advising individual investors, institutional clients, and corporates on acquisitions, disposals, and leasing transactions across multiple sectors.
Colliers’ data showed industrial cap rates in Hong Kong moved upward quarter on quarter (QoQ), whilst office and retail cap rates remained flat. The city’s interest rate stood at 2.16%, with inflation at 1.70%.
“The industrial sector continues to undergo rapid transformation, driven by structural shifts in logistics, manufacturing and investment demand,” Colliers Hong Kong managing director CK Lau said.
He added that Tang’s market knowledge and transaction experience position him to lead the firm’s industrial platform.
Tang said he joined the company at a time when the industrial sector is facing both new opportunities and increasing complexity.
“I look forward to working with the team to expand our industrial capabilities and support clients with strategic, integrated solutions,” he said.
