Horizon Industrial Parks Raises Rs1,167 Cr From 54 Anchor Investors

The amount raised at the upper price band of Rs60 per equity share; The total IPO comprises of entirely a Fresh Issue of equity shares aggregating up to Rs2,600 crores with face value of Rs10 each

Mumbai, 16 August, 2026: Horizon Industrial Parks Limited has allocated 19,46,25,000 Equity Shares to 54 anchor Investors and raised Rs1167.75 crore ahead of company’s proposed IPO at the upper price band of Rs60 per equity share (including premium of Rs50.00/- per equity shares) with face value of Rs10 per share.

The anchor allocation included investors such as Carmignac, WhiteOak Capital, SBI Life Insurance, 360 ONE, Nuvama, Matthews, Poonawalla Vision Fund, PGIM India, JM Financial Mutual Fund, Edelweiss, Sundaram Mutual Fund, SBI General Insurance, Societe Generale, BNP Paribas, Matthews Emerging Markets Small Companies Fund, and Morgan Stanley, among others.
