WhiteOak Capital Mutual Fund is to launch its first fund of funds (FOF), the WhiteOak Capital Diversified Equity Small Cap FOF, said the company press release.
The NFO will open for subscription on September 28, 2026 and close on October 12, 2026.
The fund will provide exposure to a diversified set of small-cap equity fund managers.
The scheme will seek to invest up to 100% in small-cap equity managers, with the portfolio constructed across funds following different investment styles, factors and approaches to managing downside risks. The fund house said the multi-manager approach is intended to reduce the impact of the higher volatility associated with individual small-cap funds.
The scheme will be managed by Ashish Agrawal, Bhavin Patadia and Nikunj Sampat.
The fund house said the portfolio will combine small-cap funds managed by experienced managers, including those with experience across different market cycles and a focus on managing drawdowns.
The scheme is positioned for aggressive growth and is intended for investors with a longer investment horizon and a high-risk appetite.
