According to Huoxing Finance, Chris Maddern, CTO of OpenSea, responded on X to the impact of the security incidents involving Magic Eden and Limit Break, emphasizing that OpenSea’s systems and smart contracts were unaffected. Known compromised ERC-721 NFTs have already been flagged on OpenSea and are now unsellable. OpenSea will automatically flag any newly discovered exploited NFTs to prevent attackers from obtaining relevant offers.
