The property in Fareham Park Road in Fareham will be demolished to make way for three three-bedroom houses and a two-bedroom bungalow.
Objections were raised to the development including one from the Fareham Society who raised concerns about the planned hardstanding area being “unattractive”, potential cramped living conditions, and increased traffic.

However, Hampshire County Council had no objection, and Natural England had no objection subject to appropriate mitigation.
Despite the Fareham Society’s objections, the proposed plots were deemed suitable.
Measures have been set to manage the impact of the development on local biodiversity and habitat sites.
Plans for the development were approved on Tuesday, April 14.
The full planning application can be viewed on the Fareham Borough Council planning portal using reference P/25/1274/FP.
The developers were given three years to begin the work.
