“I’ll have dinner with my kids at 6.30 pm – far earlier than the 10 pm meals I grew up with in Spain – and then I eat breakfast around 9 am the next day,” she explained. “I’m trying to eat more protein – I’m at an age when you start to lose muscle – and I have miso soup for my gut health.”
Elsa combines her workouts and diet with a series of hobbies that help keep her grounded and calm. “Things like meditation can be great, but I think you also have to find your other ‘meditative’ moments in the day. For me, that’s hobbies – when you focus on something you like to do, your mind goes into that state,” she said.rel
