Logistics Plus Signs 744,452 SF Industrial Lease in Wilmer, Texas

WILMER, TEXAS — Logistics Plus has signed a 744,452-square-foot industrial lease in the southern Dallas suburb of Wilmer. The Pennsylvania-based provider of freight and fulfillment services will occupy the entirety of Building 2 within Southport Logistics Center, an approximately 1.5 million-square-foot development. Building 2 features 123 dock doors, three drive-in doors and 4,647 square feet of speculative office space. Kurt Griffin and Nathan Orbin of JLL represented the landlord, a joint venture between Bandera Ventures and Invesco Real Estate, in the lease negotiations.
