Weymouth property company DJ Property has bought the freehold of the Booker wholesale premises at Granby Trading Estate.The 23,500 sq ft building, on Cumberland Drive, will remain occupied by Booker under its existing lease. Booker is part of the Tesco Group.DJ Property said the deal was completed off-market, with the property acquired from a private vendor represented by Goldenberg Real Estate.
