Saba Capital has doubled its holding in HarbourVest Global Private Equity (HVPE) to 10%, strengthening its position ahead of next week’s continuation vote. Last year SS&C spent just over $1 billion acquiring fund distribution platform Calastone, one of the earliest adopters of blockchain technology in the asset management sector.
