Palantir Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ:PLTR) is one of the most profitable growth stocks to buy. On June 4, Palantir Technologies and Kirkland & Ellis launched a proprietary enterprise platform built on Palantir’s Artificial Intelligence Platform/AIP to transform private equity fundraising. By integrating Kirkland’s institutional legal knowledge and market expertise into a unified operational system, the platform streamlines complex fund formation workflows, including documentation, compliance, and investor relations, for over 1,000 lawyers. Rob Arnott smiles while being interviewed at Basis NW At this year’s Basis Northwest conference, indexing veteran Rob Arnott, Founder and Chairman of Research Affiliates, sat down with ETF.com’s Dave Nadig for a candid, wide-ranging conversation that touched on one of the most anticipated financial events in years: the SpaceX IPO. Weakening the Government’s Zero Emission Vehicle (ZEV) mandate could halve investment in the UK’s EV charging network over the next five years, according to a new report commissioned by ChargeUK. The study, produced by consultancy LCP Delta, concludes that a stable policy environment is critical to maintaining investment in charging infrastructure as the sector continues to build capacity ahead of EV demand. The report estimates the EV charging industry will generate £15.5 billion in direct economic value between 2025 and 2035, while supporting a wider £385bn contribution from transport electrification across the UK economy. When the Atlanta Braves opened Truist Park in 2017, Major League Baseball Commissioner Rob Manfred called it a “watershed” moment. What drew so much attention to the new Braves’ stadium in suburban Cobb County, Georgia, at the time was its construction within a mixed-use development, known as The Battery Atlanta. Truist Park anchors a live-work-play campus that includes restaurants, shops, hotels, offices and residences. The idea was to create a year-round attraction rather than build a standalone stadium that serves only as a game-day destination. Manfred declared that this sort of mixed-used district “provides a road map for clubs to…

After a heavy week of outflows, the market is finally starting to show signs of recovery. On the bullish side, most altcoins are on track to post around 72 hours of upside, kicking off the week in green after last week’s sharp sell-off. Ripple’s $XRP is following the same trend. On the weekly timeframe, $XRP has been up over 1.15% so far, after a notable 13.23% drop last week during the broader market-wide crash. That said, the momentum isn’t isolated to Ripple. As the chart below shows, TOTAL2 (crypto market cap excluding BTC) is up 0.17%, in line with a…
Artificial intelligence has been reshaping vast parts of the economy, and the financial sector is no different. The use of algorithms for stock picking has been written about considerably. Its use for trading in debt markets, however, is perhaps more interesting. When applied to bond trading, the implications move beyond the financial and into the political, with government financing made simultaneously easier and more vulnerable. Unlike traditional bond trading, algorithmic trading uses a computer program that follows a defined set of instructions to place trades. These are intended to use data at a frequency and speed beyond human abilities. The…
Since the Hamas attack against Israel on October 7, 2023, Jewish Federations of North America have stood shoulder-to-shoulder with our brothers and sisters in Israel. Through the Israel Emergency Campaign, Federations across the system sprang into action, collectively raising over $900 million to support Israel’s recovery after 2.5 years of war. Core partners – the Jewish Agency for Israel and the Joint Distribution Committee – worked tirelessly with Federation staff on the ground to organize and allocate this vital assistance. The support did not stop after the war in Gaza ended; Federations allocated $10 million in Israel Emergency Funds…
