The willingness was expressed after Elsbeth Akkerman, ambassador of Holland, and Yann Pradeau, ambassador of France, were received on Thursday in an audience by Mozambican President, Daniel Chapo.
The audiences took place as the two ambassadors’ diplomatic missions are drawing to a close.
The Dutch ambassador highlighted the importance of the economic partnership with Mozambique, pointing to maritime logistics as a crucial area for development.
According to Akkerman, economic cooperation between Mozambique and Holland would encompass the Beira and Nacala development corridors.
