Global law firm Clifford Chance hired Matt Snodgrass as counsel in its debt finance practice in Houston, adding further depth to its energy and infrastructure finance team as the firm continues to expand in Houston.
Snodgrass counsels lenders, public and private borrowers, and private equity sponsors in complex lending and commercial financing transactions. His experience includes domestic and cross-border financing transactions, asset-based lending, syndicated loan transactions and other energy-related financing transactions, as well as representing clients in connection with debt capital markets transactions and distress situations.
