Foreign trading net sell, BBRI in top sell position

JAKARTA – Foreign investors’ stock trading on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on Monday (24/8) closed in a net sell position.

Previously, on Friday (21/8), foreign trading in the regular market closed with a net buy worth IDR 992.64 billion. Unfortunately, that figure plummeted to a net sell worth IDR 556.22 billion today.

Meanwhile, foreign trading values in the regular market showed mixed movement. Foreign buy value dropped sharply from IDR 4.67 trillion to IDR 3.45 trillion, while foreign sell value rose from IDR 3.68 trillion to IDR 4.01 trillion.

Today’s top sell row was led by BBRI, followed by several stocks from the energy and telecommunications sectors.

Meanwhile, stocks from the mining sector dominated today’s top buy list, led by TINS.
