Ukrainian hammer thrower Mykhailo Kohan, with a personal best, took the silver medal in the hammer throw at the Gold Stage of the USATF LA Grand Prix Continental Tour in Los Angeles (California, USA).
In his final, sixth attempt, Kohan threw the hammer to 82.38 m. He was short of the victory by just six centimeters.

For the Ukrainian thrower, this is already his second silver medal at Gold Series stages of the World Tour this season.
