The offering targets Canadian wealth managers and advisors looking for diversification across private markets, the release said.
Andrew Croll, TDAM’s managing director and head of global real estate investments, said the firm has “nearly 40 years of experience managing real estate” and holds physical assets across Canada and other markets.
The launch, he said, expands access to TDAM’s institutional real estate platform for accredited Canadian investors.
Thomas Johnston, iCapital’s managing director and head of client solutions for Canada, tied the move to the earlier partnership.
“Building on the momentum of our prior collaboration, this second launch underscores our shared focus on expanding access to private market strategies for Canadian accredited investors,” Johnston said.
