Firm led by Chris Belland, Conor Mackin, and Matt Crady offers leasing, sales, and property management expertise across the Treasure Coast.

STUART, Fla., Sept. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — CMB Commercial Real Estate, a full-service commercial real estate firm serving Florida’s Treasure Coast, continues to build momentum since establishing operations this past August, offering a full suite of commercial real estate services including property leasing, sales, and management. The firm is led by industry veterans Chris Belland, Conor Mackin, and Matt Crady, who bring a combined total of more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience to their clients.

CMB Commercial Real Estate specializes in representing buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants across a range of commercial property types, with a focus on delivering hands-on, results-driven service backed by deep local market knowledge. The firm primarily serves the Treasure Coast, with a service area extending into South Florida.

“We built CMB Commercial Real Estate around the idea that clients deserve advisors who know their markets inside and out and who are personally invested in every transaction,” said Conor Mackin, Partner at CMB Commercial Real Estate. “Between the three of us, we’ve handled a wide range of deals, and we’re proud of the momentum we’ve built across the Treasure Coast and surrounding markets.”

Recent transactions handled by the CMB Commercial Real Estate team include:

  • Industrial Land Sale: Chris Belland, alongside associate Jerry Follano, represented the buyer and seller in the sale of a 20.3-acre industrial development site for $12 million.
  • Mixed-Use Property Sale: Conor Mackin represented the buyer in the acquisition of a 14,265-square-foot mixed-use property for $3.1 million.
  • Restaurant Lease: Matt Crady executed the lease of a 10,960-square-foot, two-story building — formerly home to Mulligan’s restaurant — to Hacienda Corona, an upscale Mexican restaurant concept.

These transactions reflect the breadth of CMB Commercial Real Estate’s capabilities, spanning industrial land, mixed-use investment sales, and retail/restaurant leasing throughout the region.

Looking ahead, CMB Commercial Real Estate plans to continue expanding its portfolio of sale, lease, and property management engagements, serving investors, business owners, and property owners across the Treasure Coast and beyond.
