STUART, Fla., Sept. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — CMB Commercial Real Estate, a full-service commercial real estate firm serving Florida’s Treasure Coast, continues to build momentum since establishing operations this past August, offering a full suite of commercial real estate services including property leasing, sales, and management. The firm is led by industry veterans Chris Belland, Conor Mackin, and Matt Crady, who bring a combined total of more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience to their clients.

CMB Commercial Real Estate specializes in representing buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants across a range of commercial property types, with a focus on delivering hands-on, results-driven service backed by deep local market knowledge. The firm primarily serves the Treasure Coast, with a service area extending into South Florida.

Recent transactions handled by the CMB Commercial Real Estate team include:

  • Industrial Land Sale: Chris Belland, alongside associate Jerry Follano, represented the buyer and seller in the sale of a 20.3-acre industrial development site for $12 million.
  • Mixed-Use Property Sale: Conor Mackin represented the buyer in the acquisition of a 14,265-square-foot mixed-use property for $3.1 million.
  • Restaurant Lease: Matt Crady executed the lease of a 10,960-square-foot, two-story building — formerly home to Mulligan’s restaurant — to Hacienda Corona, an upscale Mexican restaurant concept.

These transactions reflect the breadth of CMB Commercial Real Estate’s capabilities, spanning industrial land, mixed-use investment sales, and retail/restaurant leasing throughout the region.
