LevRose Commercial Real Estate has promoted Molly Garner to marketing manager, expanding her leadership responsibilities within the firm’s marketing department.
Ms. Garner joined LevRose as an intern in January 2023 and later transitioned into a full-time role after graduating from Arizona State University’s Barrett, The Honors College and W. P. Carey School of Business in December 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in marketing, according to a press release.
In her new position, Garner will help oversee the strategic direction of the company’s marketing initiatives, including email marketing, social media, public relations, internal communications, brand management and campaign performance. She also supervises marketing coordinators, supports brokers with listing and business development efforts, and works with company leadership on business objectives.

A native of Simi Valley, California, Ms. Garner has also been active in community service and philanthropic efforts. Her volunteer work has included supporting Feed My Starving Children and participating in initiatives through Alpha Chi Omega focused on domestic violence awareness.
During her involvement with Alpha Chi Omega, Ms. Garner supported local shelters and after-school programs and served as a Panhellenic delegate in 2024, according to a press release.
She also participates in LevRose’s community outreach initiatives, including the annual Pasta Baskets and Adopt a Family holiday programs, which provide support to local families.
Outside of work, Ms. Garner enjoys running, hiking and weightlifting. She is also interested in travel, exploring different cultures and spending time with family and friends. The promotion marks the latest step in Ms. Garner’s professional growth with LevRose, where she has progressed from intern to a leadership role within the company’s marketing operations.
