According to a notice cum addendum, the fund house said that applications for fresh subscriptions/switch-in/ systematic transactions received post the cutoff timing on the effective date will not be processed. However, systematic transactions registered prior to the effective date will be processed under respective plans/options of the schemes.

The fund house further said that all other features and terms & conditions of the SID and KIM of the schemes will remain unchanged. In view of the above, relevant changes will be carried out in the SID and KIM of the schemes. This notice-cum-addendum forms an integral part of the SID and KIM issued for schemes read with the addenda issued thereunder.
On September 22, the fund house announced it would recommence acceptance of fresh subscription/switch-in application(s) up to Rs 1 crore per PAN per day across all subscription transactions (i.e., fresh purchase, additional purchase, systematic transactions such as SIP and STP as available) effective September 24, 2026 in these three international funds.
On February 9, the fund house said that no fresh registrations under systematic transactions (viz., Systematic Investment Plan and Systematic Transfer Plan), and no units would be allotted under SIP and STP falling on or after the effective date in these three international funds.
Just a month before this, the fund house had announced it would accept fresh subscriptions in these three international funds.
How these three international funds have performed
Aditya Birla Sun Life International Equity Fund had an AUM of Rs 328 crore as of August 2026 and since its inception the fund has delivered a return of 9.26%. In the last six months, the fund has delivered a return of 26.25% compared to 0.21% by the benchmark. In the last three years, the fund delivered a return of 21.95% compared to 6.80% by the benchmark.
Aditya Birla Sun Life Global Emerging Opportunities Fund had an AUM of Rs 282 crore as of August 2026 and since its inception the fund has delivered a return of 6.93%. In the last six months, the fund has delivered a return of 17.33% compared to a loss of 1.83% by the benchmark. In the last three years, the fund delivered a return of 20.53% compared to 3.82% by the benchmark.
Aditya Birla Sun Life Global Excellence Equity Fund of Fund had an AUM of Rs 222 crore as of August 2026 and since its inception the fund has delivered a return of 8.26%. In the last six months, the fund has delivered a return of 16.28% compared to a loss of 1.83% by the benchmark. In the last three years, the fund delivered a return of 22.71% compared to 3.82% by the benchmark.
