PAG Real Assets eyes $2 bn investment in S.Korean real estate

PAG Real Assets, the real estate investment arm of Hong Kong-based PAG, is looking to invest an additional $2 billion in South Korea over the short to medium term, betting that a rebound in property transactions, tight supply and rising rents will drive further gains in one of its highest-priority markets.
