Like it or not, we are all exposed to the mega IPOs rushing to US markets. · Getty People who like historical patterns believe everything is pointing to one thing. A market top. Giant private companies scheduling their IPO means money is gushing around in markets. If SpaceX, OpenAI and Anthropic are all planning trillion-dollar IPOs – the biggest in history – greed is outpacing fear. Price-to-earnings ratios? The views expressed are those of the author and do not necessarily reflect the views of ASPA as an organization. By Theresa Quitto DickersonJune 12, 2026 I spent 19 years inside IT governance. I watched organizations build standards bodies that arrived after the chaos. I watched interoperability frameworks get negotiated after every major vendor had already locked in incompatible architecture. I watched coordination mechanisms get bolted on top of systems that were never designed to coordinate. And I watched the same expensive, avoidable mistakes repeat themselves from agency to agency, sector to sector because nobody looked at what IT had…

Andy Lee shares his transformative period studying MRes Economics at the University of Bath, highlighting the opportunities that propelled his career and led to the establishment of his own business, Mamori.xyz I initially moved to the UK to study business, economics, and management in Glasgow. But as my interest in economics and research grew, I decided to pursue a more focused programme. Bath stood out to me because of its supportive, forward-thinking academics. My experience was one of the best in my academic journey, and I could have happily continued my studies further still. After graduating, I joined the University…

The Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) published final rule changes on Thursday that, among other things, specific that fund dealers can only act as a principal distributor for funds of the same family. According to the CSA’s notice, it’s estimated that there are only two dealers that currently act as a principal distributor…

Fez– Morocco’s phosphate industry is helping the country navigate a difficult global economic environment, according to the latest Global Economic Prospects report from the World Bank. While global growth is expected to slow to 2.5% in 2026, the kingdom is benefiting from rising fertilizer prices that are supporting export revenues and cushioning part of the impact of higher energy costs.
