Kansas Public Employees Retirement System (PERS) has added Chicago Pacific Founders to its roster of real estate fund managers with a commitment of $100m (€87m). According to a board meeting report, the pensiono fund is committing $66.7m to Chicago Pacific Founders Healthcare Real Estate Fund IV and $33m to CPF Living Communities IV, a co-investment vehicle.
