AWS is introducing the Agent Registry in AgentCore, a centralized system for sharing and reusing AI agents within organizations. The preview version is designed to address the problem of “agent sprawl” and helps companies that deploy hundreds or thousands of agents maintain control over their AI landscape. Companies scaling up to hundreds or thousands of agents face three challenges. First, there is a lack of visibility into which agents are running. Second, there is no control over who is allowed to publish agents. Finally, teams often build functionality that already exists. AWS sees chaos rapidly increasing without a central system.…

Key Takeaways Oil and Bitcoin are not directly linked tick for tick, but energy prices can strongly influence crypto through inflation expectations, rate-cut odds, and broader market sentiment. In 2026, the Strait of Hormuz crisis pushed oil sharply higher, making energy one of the key macro variables crypto traders needed to watch. Even after the April 7 ceasefire, oil remained well above prewar levels, showing that supply-chain normalization takes longer than headline de-escalation. Bitcoin holding around $72K during a major energy shock suggests it is behaving as more than just a speculative asset in the current macro cycle. High oil…

Definition of Confluence in Trading In my experience, the definition of confluence in trading is straightforward: it is the point at which two or more forms of market analysis align to support the same conclusion. A trader in finance rarely benefits from relying on one tool alone. Greater…

Credit: Alesia Kozik from Pexels For years, Washington has been debating who gets to regulate cryptocurrency. The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) says many tokens are securities, like stocks, and should fall under its authority. The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) says many are commodities, like gold, and belong in its jurisdiction. The crypto industry, caught in the middle, calls the whole thing a mess. Now, a new study, “The Differential Diffusion of Exchange and Utility Value Blockchain Tokens,” published in Information Systems Research, offers something rare in this debate: hard data that could help draw the line. The research…

Mumbai: A spike in bond yields driven by elevated oil prices amid the West Asia tensions may have opened opportunities for investors in debt schemes, according to money managers. Short-term debt funds investing in bonds maturing over 2-3 years and schemes betting on long-term government securities are best poised to benefit from the higher yields, they said. The yield on benchmark 10-year government bonds rose from 6.67% to 7.12% amid the war before easing to around 6.97% on April 9 on concerns the recent oil price surge would stoke inflation. While the Reserve Bank of India kept interest rates unchanged…
