HOUSTON, September 16, 2026–(BUSINESS WIRE)–EIV Capital, LLC announced the addition of Kristin Kelly to the firm’s partnership. Ms. Kelly brings nearly two decades of energy investing, private equity, and transaction experience spanning the upstream sector and broader energy value chain. At EIV Capital, she will primarily focus on the firm’s upstream strategy, working alongside Claire Harvey and Jason Tracton on acquisition sourcing, underwriting, and portfolio management for EIV Resources.

Prior to joining EIV Capital, Ms. Kelly was a managing director at EIG, where she most recently served as Head of Traditional Energy – Americas, leading the firm’s North American upstream investment strategy. During her tenure at EIG, Ms. Kelly worked on credit, structured equity and common equity investments and served as a board member for several portfolio companies. Prior to joining EIG in 2017, Ms. Kelly worked at Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co. where she was a vice president in the firm’s private equity business after starting in the firm’s investment banking group. Ms. Kelly received her B.B.A. in Finance from Texas A&M University.
