Compass Group has reached an agreement with DVA Capital to add the Chilean boutique’s funds to its range of investment products.
The Chilean asset manager, which recently announced in March it was merging with Brazilian alternatives specialist Vinci Partners to form a $50bn Latin American investment group, said it will now become the administrator of the mutual funds run by DVA Capital.
‘This alliance is based on two objectives: to expand DVA’s distribution capacity through our regional network at Compass and allow our company to diversify our offering of funds through the miDVA digital platform,’ said Eduardo Aldunce, Compass Group’s managing director.
