At Ghana-UK Investment Summit: Blue Rose to make case for real estate sector

Blue Rose Estate Ltd is seeking to make a case for the real estate sector in at the upcoming Ghana-UK Investment Summit 2026.

Participating as an official sponsor and exhibitor at the Summit the company seeks to showcase exciting property opportunities for comfortable living and smart investment. 

The summit, on the theme:
“The Reset Agenda: Restoring Investor Confidence to Unlock Opportunities and Shared Prosperity”, will be held on June 1 and 2, 2026 at the Raffles London in the UK.

To be hosted by the Ghana High Commissioner to the UK & Ireland Sabah Zita Benson under the distinguish patronage of President John Dramani Mahama. 

The summit will bring together global investors, business leaders, policymakers, entrepreneurs, and innovators to strengthen trade, investment, and partnerships between Ghana and the United Kingdom.

Speaking to the Graphic Business ahead of the summit, the CEO of Blue Rose Estate Ltd Eric Ebo Acquah was upbeat of his company’s impact at the summit.

“Attendees will enjoy exclusive summit deals and the opportunity to connect directly with the team to explore exceptional real estate opportunities in Ghana.

“As one of Ghana’s most established and reputable real estate companies, Blue Rose Estate Ltd will showcase exciting property opportunities for comfortable living and smart investment,” he said. 

Mr Acquah said the company had embarked on a number of roadshows in the diaspora to whip up interest in the real estate sector. 

He said the company had held investment fora, symposium and participated in exhibitions abroad to showcase the potential in the real estate sector in Ghana.

The CEO explained that those events had been designed as trusted and transparent platforms where those in the diaspora could engage directly with the company and channel their resources into the real estate industry

“We therefore, see this summit as a perfect forum and a rare opportunity to associate ourselves with the organisers to tell the world out there that Ghana’s real estate is of age,” he said.
