🏆 Residential: A Pinecrest mansion marked the priciest residential transaction to come online. Jeffrey and Stephanie Green shed a 10,400-square-foot home at 9500 Southwest 61st Court for $15.5 million. The home, which sits on a 1-acre estate, has seven bedrooms, six bathrooms and two half bathrooms, and it was built in 2022. The buyer was 9500 Pinecrest LLC. The Greens listed the residence for sale in December, seeking $16.4 million. Toni Schrager with Brown Harris Stevens represented the Greens, and Dennis Carvajal with One Sotheby’s International Realty brought the buyer.

🏆 Commercial: Deerfield Beach logged the top commercial real estate sale to hit records. An industrial property at 674-772 South Military Trail sold for $77.5 million. The seller of the 247,000-square-foot building was an affiliate of New York-based Brookfield Properties. The buyer was an LLC tied to Dallas-based Lincoln Property Companies. Brookfield had purchased the building in 2019 for $36.3 million.

📊 Residential: A condo at Eighty Seven Park at 8701 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach changed hands for $14 million or about $4,400 per square foot. The sellers were Nancy Peretsman, a managing director at Allen & Company, and her husband, retired financial executive Robert Scully, who purchased the nearly 3,200-square-foot pad in 2021 for $11.4 million. The unit has four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The buyers in the latest sale were Barbara and Todd Leland. The condo went on the market about a year ago, for $15.5 million. Douglas Elliman’s Ruthie and Ethan Assouline represented both sides of the deal.

📊 Commercial: A retail center at 15315 South Dixie Highway in Miami traded for just under $12 million. The seller was an LLC tied to Roni Seiderman, and the buyer was an LLC managed by Ruben Gonzalez and Nelson Fernandez. The three-story property spans about 36,300 square feet, pricing the deal at roughly $330 per square foot. It last sold in 1990 for $2.2 million.
