In the wake of Victor Wembanyama not playing, the Spurs and the Blazers have released their respective Game 3 starting lineup.
The San Antonio Spurs and the Portland Trail Blazers have officially announced their respective starting lineup for Game 3 of their first-round NBA Playoff series.
San Antonio Spurs / Schedule
With Victor Wembanyama (concussion protocol) not playing, Luke Kornet earns the starting center nod for the Spurs.
The veteran started in 25 of his 68 appearances for San Antonio this past regular season. He joins De’Aaron Fox, Stephon Castle, Devin Vassell and Julian Champagnie.
On the other hand, the Blazers will stick with their elite starting five headlined by Jrue Holiday, Scoot Henderson, Toumani Camara, Deni Avdija and Donovan Clingan.
After stealing Game 2 in San Antonio, the Blazers will look to further capitalize on Wembanyama’s absence and win the Friday clash to go up 2-1 over the Spurs in this series.
The Game 3 between the Spurs and the Blazers is set at 10:30PM ET in Moda Center
