Here are six gorgeous dogs currently up for adoption at Berwick Animal Rescue Kennels (BARK) who would make perfect pets for the right owner.
1. Ralf
Ralf is a young lurcher/greyhound under two-years-old. He can walk beautifully on lead, loves to be out and about and enjoys his training. He is learning that not all dogs want to play and to remain calmer around them. Photo: BARK
2. Rosie
Rosie is now 13 and has been with the rescue for a long time. She loves her walks and is a brilliant companion. While she has had applications, her needs are very specific in the fact that she doesn’t like other dogs. Photo: BARK
3. Luna
Luna is a eight-year-old medium sized cross breed. She was very unwell when she arrived at the rescue, but with love and care, her coat has grown back and she has put on weight. Sadly, Luna is almost entirely blind but she gets on with life, enjoys her walks and enjoys playing with certain colour balls. Photo: BARK
4. Darcy
Darcy is eight-years-old and loves children and other dogs. She is another who arrived at the rescue very unwell, but she is now back to full health apart from a couple of minor, easily-manageable issues. Photo: BARK
