North West carried on her bold style in typical fashion as she shared a look at her new custom-made grillz on TikTok this week after sparking outrage with her ‘risky’ finger piercings.
Wearing a skull T-shirt and studded boots, the 12-year-old daughter of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West brandished a gleaming set of decorative dental jewelry that covered her bottom and top teeth.
The fashion piece featured 20 14k white gold caps and was created for North by Gabby Elan Jewelry, per People.
The New York jeweler made three different sets for the tween and posted a clip on Instagram showing their handiwork. ‘Teal Blue, Candy Red and White Gold For @northwest,’ the company shared.
The budding rapper, who recently signed a major deal with Mariah Carey’s recording company, also posted videos of herself wearing the blue and red versions.
North’s love of grillz knows no bounds. In January, some fans were left amazed and others horrified when she donned an all-black set as seen in videos posted to the TikTok account she shares with her mom.

Back in December, North showed off another glittering set of grillz that had diamonds and spiked edges.
However, it is her finger piercings which have put her at the center of controversy the past few months.
She first debuted a dermal piercing on her middle right finger back in August 2025, which consisted of two small silver balls below her knuckle on her middle finger.
Dermal piercings are unlike traditional piercings because the jewelry is held in place by a small anchor inserted under the skin.
