Hauser named Stephen Watkins as chief commercial officer, as it seeks to grow its business across the middle-market private equity industry.
Oceanside, California-based Mr. Watkins was formerly chief commercial officer of Aon Growth Ventures, an investment and funding arm of the brokerage.
Before joining Aon in 2010, he founded Arcturus, a technology venture fund.
Hauser is a Cincinnati-based brokerage specializing in the private equity sector.
