ASX-listed pharmaceutical micro-cap IDT Australia was the first to stalk Mayne Pharma’s South Australian manufacturing facility, but it wasn’t the last.

Street Talk understands healthcare-focused private equity firm Genesis Capital weighed up a potential bid for the Salisbury plant, which was at the centre of Cosette’s abandoned $672 million bid for the company, earlier this year.
