Emergency crews are still clearing the aftermath as fires, damaged buildings and casualties reveal the scale of the overnight assault.
In the evening and overnight, Russian forces launched massive strikes on civilian infrastructure in ten regions of Ukraine. Residential buildings, social infrastructure facilities, and civilian enterprises were damaged.

The attacks caused fires and destruction in the Odesa, Mykolaiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, Sumy, Donetsk, Kyiv, Kirovohrad, and Rivne regions.

Consequences of the strikes in the regions
Prime Minister Serhii Koretskyi said that the Russian army had launched a series of attacks on Zaporizhzhia. Residential buildings, a university building, and a shopping center were damaged in the city. Five people were injured.
In Lozova, Kharkiv region, a woman was killed in a drone strike.
Emergency and rescue operations and efforts to deal with the aftermath of the shelling are ongoing in the affected regions. Rescuers and other relevant services are working at the sites.
