Housebuilder Harron Homes is celebrating the success of its Brierley Heath development in Sutton after announcing that all homes there have now been sold.

Launched in 2019, Brierley Heath began as a collection of 172 properties created specifically to meet local demand.

Since then, the development has become home to a thriving community of families, first-time buyers, retirees, entrepreneurs, and much more.

As part of its delivery, Harron Homes has invested significantly in the local area through its planning agreement, contributing over £1.5m towards community infrastructure.

This includes £935,830 for local education provision, alongside funding for healthcare services, highways improvements, and wider regeneration initiatives.

Green space has also been a key feature of the development, including areas for recreation and planned community use.

Matt Barker, managing director at Harron Homes North Midlands, said, “We are delighted that every home at Brierley Heath has now been secured.

“The development has been incredibly popular from the outset, and it has been fantastic to see a strong community take shape over time.

“Brierley Heath has offered buyers the opportunity to stay connected to the area they know, while upgrading to a high-quality new home designed for modern living.

“Its success reflects both the strength of the location and the appeal of the homes themselves.”

Harron Homes now looks forward to welcoming buyers to its other developments across Nottinghamshire and beyond.

These include The Brambles on London Road in Retford, Bilsthorpe Chase in Newark and Simpson Park in Harworth and Bircotes

The developments have already proved popular with families and professionals alike – to find out more about the developments, call the sales team on 01302 511096.
