Tom Tardif has joined Marex’s global capital introduction team as Middle East vice-president for capital introduction Based in Dubai, Tardif will focus on connecting hedge funds managers with relevant allocators across the region and globally.
Tardif has experience across business development, capital raising and investor relations, working with institutional investors and family offices across a broad range of asset classes.
He has been based in Dubai for nearly five years, most recently as Associate Director, Client Solutions at Cambridge Associates, with a focus on investment advisory services. Prior to this, he was Principal, Capital Raising & Investor Relations at Salica Investments and Vice President, Relationship Manager at Greenstone Equity Partners, also in Dubai. Before moving to the region, he spent almost seven years at Blu Family Office in London, latterly as Director, Head of Investor Relations.
He joins Marex’s 14-person global capital introduction team which has an on-the-ground presence in the Middle East, the Americas, Europe and Asia. Capital introduction is a key part of Marex’s prime services offering, and connects hedge fund managers with investment opportunities through a network of approximately 2,100 institutional allocators worldwide.
